01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the ase67 platform at ase67.app ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User" or "you") and ase67 ("we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the Platform.

Your agreement to these Terms takes effect on the earliest of: (a) the date you complete registration of an ase67 account; (b) the date you first access any part of the Platform; or (c) the date you place your first bet or initiate your first casino game session. ase67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used to access it, including but not limited to desktop computers, smartphones, and tablet devices. The Platform is designed to be accessed via a standard web browser and is optimised for mobile devices operating on Android and iOS systems.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ase67 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ase67 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from the ase67 platform or any other betting or gaming platform pursuant to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ase67, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting in furtherance of any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.

ase67 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any user at any time. Where a user fails to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified, ase67 may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation. All age and identity verification is conducted in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures outlined in Section 3.

ase67 recommends that parents and guardians of minors utilise appropriate internet filtering and parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms. If you believe a minor has accessed the ase67 platform using your account or personal details, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

03 Account Registration & Verification

To place bets or access casino games on the ase67 platform, you must first create a registered account. Each individual user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and preferred payment method details. You must not use false, fictitious, or borrowed identity details when creating your account.

ase67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing a withdrawal of any amount, ase67 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, valid passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account number must match the name on your ase67 account).

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ase67 does not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

ase67 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladesh-based players. Currently supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider. ase67 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ase67 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Typically 1–3 business days, subject to inter-bank processing schedules.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ase67 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ase67 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your ase67 account balance if the receiving account cannot be verified as belonging to you.

ase67 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional KYC documentation, or delay withdrawal processing in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds held in your account do not accrue interest.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ase67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible registered users. The terms and conditions specific to each individual promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry periods — are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms when you opt in to that promotion.

General rules applicable to all ase67 bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. ase67 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance following satisfaction of any qualifying conditions stated in the promotion terms (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method).
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, applied to eligible game categories only.
• ase67 does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of arbitrage, low-risk betting strategies, or any pattern of play designed to systematically extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming. Where such patterns are identified, ase67 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• ase67 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or discontinued while active accounts are still subject to it, ase67 will provide fair and reasonable notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in disqualification and potential account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh, are subject to the same general bonus rules unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

06 Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports bets placed on the ase67 platform are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each market, which are published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price changes that occur after confirmation do not affect already accepted bets.
• ase67 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake would result in a payout that exceeds ase67's maximum payout limit for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being offered on a market, ase67 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the relevant user accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. ase67 accepts no liability for bets placed after an event outcome is known but before the market has been suspended.
• Cricket betting markets on ase67 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all ICC events — are governed by the ICC playing conditions and the specific tournament regulations applicable to each competition. Where an event is abandoned or a result is declared via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, markets will be settled in accordance with the stated settlement rules for that market type.

Casino games available on the ase67 platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

ase67 accepts no responsibility for interruptions to game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's side. Where a game session is interrupted due to a Platform-side technical fault, ase67 will review the session records and credit or void the relevant round in line with the applicable game rules.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ase67 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance (including bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity), and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Arbitrage & Sure-Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or any other method designed to claim bonuses in excess of the stated one-per-user entitlement.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the ase67 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider in relation to funds legitimately transferred to your ase67 account balance.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, software programs, or any automated means to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or software bug on the Platform to obtain funds or a competitive advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your ase67 account, or accessing another user's account without their explicit consent and ase67's prior approval.

ase67 employs a range of security, fraud detection, and responsible gaming monitoring systems that continuously analyse account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited behaviours listed above. Where suspicious activity is identified, ase67 may place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ase67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where ase67 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• The information provided during registration or KYC verification is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete;
• The account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to ase67.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where closure follows a breach, ase67 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

You may also voluntarily close your ase67 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to consider our self-exclusion tools — available through the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard — before requesting permanent closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ase67 platform — including but not limited to the ase67 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, text, graphics, software, databases, odds data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ase67 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from ase67;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content;
• Use any ase67 trademark, logo, or brand name in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written permission;
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of ase67's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. ase67 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against parties who infringe its intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase67 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions of the Platform or third-party game providers;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials;
• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ase67 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform. ase67 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ase67's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ase67 is registered and operates. Users accessing the Platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and ase67 relating to your account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other Platform matter, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution procedure described in the Platform's Help Centre. ase67 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all genuine user disputes and will cooperate fully with any applicable dispute resolution processes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ase67 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated each time changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your account.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in technology or platform features — may be made without specific notice and take effect immediately upon posting. Material amendments — including changes that affect your rights, financial terms, or dispute resolution procedures — will be accompanied by at least 7 days' notice before taking effect for existing account holders.
